The number ONE goal with our online platforms is to provide Consumer Attorneys with an easy-to-implement system to navigate complex rules and regulations and in what Max refers to as “easy to digest bite size bits”. In addition, another important objective is to provide a great resource to train your office staff. Nothing replaces a live Max seminar; but our on-line training programs are very helpful to all attorneys and serve as a good introduction to our intensive live seminars.
And, of course, you always have to start with the basics. For instance, at a minimum, Max stresses that a proper initial client interview requires an understanding of all applicable state and federal statutes and relevant case law, including but not limited to the Bankruptcy Code and the current Bankruptcy Rules, Foreclosure Statutes, FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and the post-HAMP loan modification processes. We also enhance your knowledge of the law with a detailed review of the granular procedural rules and rights provided to consumers under Reg X of RESPA and Reg Z of TILA. Each of these statutes and regulations has its distinctive “rules of the road” and consumer protection components. In order to better serve your clients, you must properly set up a case and have your litigation chops ready to go and on remote control. As Max says, “anybody can lead a horse to water, but we actually show them how to take a big gulp once they get there. I have never had a thirsty horse after one of my seminars!”
What you will get?
You will be able to retake the topics you want, when and where you want, 24/7. New topics will be added 2-3 times a month.
